The feeds' source observation timestamps are not currently retained, so confirm conditions, operating hours, routing eligibility, and any ACE or ACI requirement with the responsible agency or an approved filing channel.

Values are hidden when BorderPro's last successful retrieval is older than 45 minutes. Retrieval time does not establish when the agency measured or changed the value; always verify conditions with the responsible agency before routing.
Review the directional feed values, then verify them with the agency or port operator. Do not reroute on a retrieved value alone: the source timestamp is unavailable and route eligibility may differ.
Determine whether ACE (US-bound) or ACI (CA-bound) applies to the movement, including any exception. Timing can vary by program and shipment—for example, qualifying FAST ACE shipments may use a shorter interval. Confirm the current deadline and port code through the responsible agency or authorized filing channel.
FAST availability and eligibility can be direction- and load-specific, and hours change. Verify them through CBP, CBSA, and the port operator.
