BorderPro early access is focused on reusable carrier data, draft preparation, local preflight checks, and a responsive browser interface. The published catalog includes a $0 tier, while production transmission and staffed-service availability remain pending.
No special equipment is required. BorderPro runs entirely in your web browser — no plugins, no downloads, and no legacy software to install. The responsive web interface can also be used from a modern phone or tablet browser.
Connections to BorderPro use HTTPS/TLS. BorderPro is still in pre-production readiness work, and application-level encryption of regulated identity fields has not yet been enabled. Do not enter live regulated data unless early-access instructions explicitly authorize it.
The published early-access catalog includes a $0 tier with a 5-shipments-per-month volume boundary, with no credit card required to create an account. Production agency transmission is not included, and launch terms will define counted activity.

The pre-launch catalog lists monthly shipment-volume tiers. It is not a quote for production filing. Launch checkout and billing terms will define which activity counts toward each tier.
Renewal, cancellation, and data-retention terms for any paid subscription will be presented in the applicable checkout and account terms when paid access is enabled.
If paid checkout is offered, the Stripe-hosted checkout page will display the available payment methods, currency, taxes, and terms. BorderPro does not store full card details on its own servers.
BorderPro supports the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. We recommend keeping your browser up to date for the best experience and security. Internet Explorer is not supported.
BorderPro's responsive web interface is designed for modern phone and tablet browsers. There is currently no public BorderPro listing on Google Play or Apple's App Store.
BorderPro is documenting an early-access API for local draft workflows. It does not currently provide production agency transmission or live border-clearance status. See the API preview for the current scope.

ACE stands for Automated Commercial Environment, the US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) system for electronic manifest submissions. Most highway carriers must submit advance cargo and conveyance data before arrival, but exemptions and alternate processes can apply. Confirm current CBP requirements for each load. ACI stands for Advance Commercial Information, the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) system for electronic manifest submissions. For non-exempt highway cargo subject to ACI, required cargo and conveyance data generally must be received and validated at least one hour before arrival. Confirm current exceptions and requirements for each movement. Learn more on our ACI eManifest page.
PARS supports pre-arrival processing for applicable cargo entering Canada; PAPS is the corresponding process for applicable cargo entering the United States. The carrier-assigned reference must match the broker's release or entry data. Neither process is universal, and an agency decision must be verified before the driver proceeds.
CBP materials use a standard one-hour interval for ACE truck cargo and 30 minutes for qualifying FAST shipments; exemptions and other rules may apply. For non-exempt highway cargo subject to ACI, CBSA generally requires cargo and conveyance data to be received and validated at least one hour before arrival. Confirm the current rule for each movement. BorderPro's local preflight cannot confirm receipt.
